• Transactional SMS: Appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notifications, and service completion updates. These are sent in connection with your scheduled services. Frequency: approximately 2–6 messages per appointment cycle.
• Marketing SMS: Promotional offers, seasonal discounts, and service announcements. These require separate explicit consent and are sent no more than 4 times per month.

Consent: Transactional and marketing SMS consent are obtained separately. Opting into transactional messages does not automatically enroll you in marketing messages.

By scheduling, booking, or using any services provided by LV Detailz ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Overview

LV Detailz provides professional auto detailing services including, but not limited to, Full Detail and Premium Detail packages for coupes, sedans, trucks, and SUVs. Specific services included in each package are described on our booking materials and website. We reserve the right to modify service offerings at any time.

3. Eligibility and Permitted Use

You must be at least 18 years of age to request, book, or receive services from LV Detailz. By booking our services, you represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or have the legal authority to authorize detailing services on the vehicle in question.

4. Estimates and Pricing

All prices listed are starting prices and are non-binding estimates. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, current condition, level of soiling, and any additional services requested. LV Detailz will provide a confirmed quote prior to beginning work. Acceptance of the quote authorizes us to proceed with the service.

5. Appointments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or requirement of a deposit to secure future appointments.

LV Detailz reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

6. Vehicle Condition and Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, and sensitive items from your vehicle prior to your appointment. LV Detailz is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal property left inside the vehicle during or after the detailing process.

You agree to ensure the vehicle is accessible, legally parked, and available at the scheduled time and location. Failure to do so may result in a missed appointment fee.

7. Pre-Existing Damage Disclaimer

LV Detailz will conduct a visual inspection of your vehicle prior to beginning any service. Any pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, chips, stains, tears, odors, or other defects) will be noted. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage and will not be held liable for conditions present before our services began. It is your responsibility to disclose any known damage or concerns before the service commences.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion by calling (469) 363-8315. We will work with you to address any concerns. Satisfaction claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for remedy at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LV Detailz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

10. Personal Property Disclaimer

LV Detailz is not responsible for personal property left in the vehicle. This includes but is not limited to electronics, cash, jewelry, documents, or any other valuables. Please ensure all personal items are removed from the vehicle before your appointment.

11. Intellectual Property

All content associated with LV Detailz, including but not limited to our name, logo, images, and written materials, is the property of LV Detailz and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission.

LV Detailz reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any client at our discretion, including in cases of abusive behavior, fraud, or violation of these Terms. Clients may discontinue use of our services at any time.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, in the county where LV Detailz operates.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LV Detailz with respect to our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements.
